Description
The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka is seeking a vendor to supply brand‑new office furniture (including 23 L‑shaped workstations, 1 I‑shaped workstation, 24 drawers, meeting tables, a storage cabinet, and a partition wall) and provide full installation, removal of debris, and post‑installation support. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, awarded under simplified acquisition procedures, and evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All items must meet ANSI/BIFMA, GSA, and local embassy design standards, be compatible with 220 V power, and include CE/UL certification. Delivery locations are the Embassy Annex Compound in Baridhara, Dhaka, or Chattogram Port. The contractor must submit detailed technical data, 3‑D drawings, and warranty information, and must comply with numerous FAR clauses, including Section 889 telecom restrictions.
