Summit County is seeking an on‑call land surveying firm to provide a range of professional services for the Summit County Resource Allocation Park (SCRAP) landfill site in Dillon, CO. The contractor will be responsible for landfill certification, construction staking, quality‑assurance inspections, drone‑based surveying, aerial photography, and general surveying support on an as‑needed basis. Proposals must include an annual fee schedule with hourly rates for all personnel and crew configurations, and the award will be based on the lowest responsible bidder that meets the County’s requirements.
