Description
The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking information from potential vendors for the repair and maintenance of Olympus endoscopic equipment. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, technical skills, quality control, materials, tools, transportation, software, and equipment necessary to repair or exchange, or perform preventative maintenance as required by the OEM. The contractor must have direct access to OEM parts or the ability to replace scope with equipment of equal value. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for the VA to exercise additional option years.
