Description
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide research, analysis, and recommendations related to the Integrated Management and Communications (IMC) law enforcement system used by the Massachusetts Environmental Police (MEP). The selected vendor will evaluate the current system, analyze historical data, and propose an optimal configuration for the future state. The scope of work includes conducting a current state assessment, historical data analysis, and future state recommendations. The vendor will also provide deliverables such as a system audit report, configuration documentation, and a project management plan.
