Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a vendor to provide a complete lease and ongoing maintenance program for commercial‑grade dishwashing machines to support operations at Naval Support Activity Panama City, FL. The contract will cover delivery, installation, routine preventive maintenance, repair services, parts replacement, and eventual equipment disposal or upgrade as required. Vendors must be able to supply a fleet of machines that meet military specifications, ensure uptime, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide lease of dishwashing machines (quantity and model to be defined in the RFQ).
• Include installation, start‑up, and training for base personnel.
• Deliver a full maintenance plan: preventive service, emergency repairs, parts inventory, and spare‑parts logistics.
• Meet all applicable Navy and Federal acquisition standards (FAR, DFARS).
• Offer competitive pricing with clear cost breakdown for lease fees and maintenance services.
• Ability to support the contract for the full lease term (typically multi‑year) and handle any equipment upgrades or disposals.
