WORK BOAT MEDIUM-1 (WBM-1) PROPELLER AND SHAFT SEAL REPLACEMENT

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to replace the propeller and shaft seal of a Work Boat Medium-1 (WBM-1) at the Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. The period of performance is from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026. The contractor must provide all information required by the solicitation by 22 December 2025 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). The solicitation includes several attachments, including a work specification package, a proposal breakdown form, and a request for information sheet. • The contractor must have an active U.S. MSRA/ABR as a "Prime Contractor" to be eligible for award. • The contractor must provide access to the work specification package via DoD SAFE upon request. • The contractor must specify any hazardous materials and sea transportation in accordance with FAR and DFARS regulations. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to the submission deadline.
