Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for Siemens electronics. The contractor will be responsible for providing a manufacturer-trained and certified technician to perform technical support, hardware protection, preventative maintenance, corrective break-fix actions, and lifecycle optimization services. The scope of the contract is strictly limited to Siemens-brand automation, control, power, and electronic drive components.
• The contract includes maintenance and repair of specific machinery, including a Phillips Shaft Lathe, RD&D Shaft Lathe, Barnes Sleeve Honer, and Danobat Grinder.
• The contractor will be required to provide a 2-day maintenance workshop on site.
• The contractor will be required to submit a comprehensive inspection and service report detailing all work performed and parts replaced.
• The contractor will be required to comply with various requirements, including safety and health work practices, environmental protection guidelines, and security requirements.
