Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking market research from qualified vendors to provide Readjustment Counseling Services to Veterans within a 50‑mile radius of Victoria, Texas. The work involves individual, group, and family counseling delivered by licensed mental‑health professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, LPMHCs, or LMFTs). Services are limited to counseling only—no medication prescribing or general medical examinations. The contractor must operate a counseling site near Victoria, TX, and supply qualified administrative staff and equipment. The contract will be a base 12‑month period beginning 1 Oct 2026 with two optional one‑year extensions, for a total possible duration of three years.
