Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide snow removal services for the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. The services include plowing, brooming/brushing, and ice management for approximately 370,573 square feet. The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price contract with an anticipated delivery period of 12/15/2025-10/31/2026, plus four option years. Interested contractors are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via email to Danielle Carrico at [email protected] by 11/14/2025 at 5PM PT.
• The contractor shall provide snow removal services, including but not limited to plowing, brooming/brushing, and ice management.
• De-icing will be performed following the completion of snow removal, provided that snowfall has ceased.
• The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price contract.
• The anticipated delivery period is 12/15/2025-10/31/2026, plus four option years.
