Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure HV Capacitors on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The capacitors must meet specific electrical requirements and be manufactured from a dielectric capable of high pulsed-current discharges and stability over an extended range of temperatures. The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item. The award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contract will be for a firm fixed price.
• The contractor must deliver the capacitors to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, within 26 weeks of the award date.
• The contractor must provide a list of all Government property proposed to be used on a rent-free basis.
• The contractor must have a property management system in place to manage Government property.
