Open-End contract for HVAC Preventive/Corrective Maintenance

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is seeking an HVAC contractor to provide ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance for multiple HVAC systems located at 190 Dry Branch Drive, Charleston, WV. The contract is open‑end with a total ceiling of $500,000 and will be awarded to the lowest‑total‑cost bidder. The vendor must supply labor, parts, tools, and 24‑hour emergency support, adhere to state codes, maintain logs, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
