ZENITH LONG TERM CARE BEDS

The County of Lehigh is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver approximately 102 Zenith long‑term care beds (with an option for an additional 120 beds in 2027) to Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab in Allentown, PA. Bids must be submitted in sealed opaque envelopes (original paper copy) and an electronic copy by August 26, 2026. The contract will commence upon issuance of a purchase order and remain in effect until all deliveries are completed, with three scheduled deliveries over roughly six weeks. Vendors must provide a firm‑fixed price, a 1‑year warranty, and a performance bond equal to 50 % of the contract value. No bid security is required, but a Consent of Surety form is mandatory.
