Equipment Lease/Rental Without Operator

The West Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking vendors to provide equipment lease/rental services without an operator. The contract will be for an open-end and continuing basis, and vendors must provide pricing for rental equipment on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The equipment must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the contract. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the equipment to the project site, and the agency will be responsible for returning the equipment to the vendor at the end of the rental period. The vendor must also provide a daily, weekly, and monthly rate for the equipment, as well as equipment mobilization fees. • The equipment must be in good and proper operating condition and ready to operate upon pick-up or delivery. • The vendor must provide a full tank of fuel with the equipment. • The agency will perform routine maintenance on the equipment, but the vendor will be responsible for any repairs or replacements needed. • The vendor must provide a daily, weekly, and monthly rate for the equipment. • The vendor must provide equipment mobilization fees. • The agency will pay for the equipment based on the rental period, and the vendor must invoice the agency for the rental period.
