Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the lease of a modular office trailer for the District III Headquarters in Yazoo City, MS. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The trailer must be 2021 or newer, professionally cleaned, and ready for office use. The bidder must provide insurance coverage for physical and vandalism damage, and maintenance and repair services. The bid must include setup cost, lease per month, and tear-down cost.
• The modular office trailer must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment C.
• The bidder must provide detailed literature to prove compliance with the specifications.
• The bidder must certify that the modular office trailer meets or surpasses the applicable federal regulations for health and safety.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest total bid meeting MDOT specifications and requirements.
