Description
The City of Grants Pass is seeking a qualified contractor to replace a segment of waterline on Conger Lane. The scope includes installing 245 linear feet of 8‑inch water pipe, 73 tons of aggregate base, 5 tons of asphalt pavement, 20 linear feet of 8‑inch sanitary sewer pipe, repiping individual houses, soil excavation, and full landscape restoration. Bidders must be pre‑qualified under Oregon statutes, attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, and submit a sealed bid by July 23, 2026. The contract will be awarded in early August with work required to be completed within 30 days of a notice to proceed.
• Install 245 LF of 8″ water pipe and fittings
