Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking bids for carpet replacement and installation services at their facility located at 1225 4th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606. The term of the contract is from May 1, 2026, to August 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for replacing and installing carpeting in the facility.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory walkthrough on February 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT.
• The contractor must submit their bid by March 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM PT.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must perform a commercially useful function and not subcontract more than 25% of the work.
