FLOORING REPLACEMENT THERMOPOLIS, WYOMING

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the replacement of flooring in various areas of their Thermopolis building. The project includes the removal of existing carpet and vinyl cove moulding, preparation of the subfloor, and installation of new carpet tiles. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for priority 1 spaces and additional prices for priority 2 spaces. • The project requires the removal of existing materials, including carpet and vinyl cove moulding. • The subfloor must be prepared by scraping or grinding to remove existing glue ridges and residue. • The contractor must install new carpet tiles in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. • The project includes the installation of cove base and requires the contractor to provide a one-year written warranty covering defects in installation.
