Description
The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) is seeking an experienced supplier to provide recycling services to participating agencies. The supplier will be responsible for providing a fixed price list for all labor, equipment, materials, logistics, permits, fees, and incidental items necessary for the removal of an array of wastes, electronics, and legal disposal of any hazardous materials. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing recycling services to participating agencies
• Maintaining recycling licensures required by Federal and State laws
• Maintaining in current status, all Federal, State, and local licenses, bonds, insurance, and permits required for the performance and delivery of any and all products and services
• Providing a comprehensive training and support program on the operation and use of the contract agreement to all applicable personnel
• Paying a 2% administrative fee on the total sales price of all purchases shipped and billed to participating agencies
