Roll Up Signs for MnDOT, State Agencies, and CPV

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals to provide 3M Diamond Grade RS24, 3M Diamond Grade RS60/64, Oralite Super Bright, Oralite Marathon, OmniBrite WU-7000 roll-up signs, or State-approved equivalents, for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Sign Shop on an as-needed basis. This contract will also be available to other State agencies and members of the Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. Key points to consider: • The term of this contract is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 24 months. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $25,000 to $50,000. • Proposals must include specifications, cost detail, and product documentation. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
