Construction Management Services

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is seeking a construction management firm to provide services for the Construction Management Services project. The project involves the installation of new electrical buildings and equipment at the Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers pump stations, as well as the replacement of existing pipelines. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including contract administration, schedule management, quality management, cost management, and communication management. The firm will also be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the contractor's startup, testing, and commissioning activities, as well as the close-out process. • The project includes the installation of new electrical buildings and equipment at the Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers pump stations. • The project involves the replacement of existing pipelines, including the CC Section 4 Replacement Project and the Joint Pipeline Section 1&6 Project. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including contract administration, schedule management, quality management, cost management, and communication management. • The firm will also be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the contractor's startup, testing, and commissioning activities, as well as the close-out process. • The project is expected to start in August 2026 and end in September 2029. • The selected firm will be required to use TRWD's SharePoint-based "IPL.Net" PMIS system. • The firm will be expected to fully embed the TRWD resident project representative into the construction management team.
