Description
The Kenton County Airport Board is seeking bids for the North & South ARFF Stations Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Modifications & Tank Installation project. The project includes limited block demolition, metal fabrication, installation of new distribution piping, tank, and valves, light electrical modifications, hydro-testing, and interior painting. The project is expected to be financed by local funds, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a Proposal Bond and Payment and Performance Bonds. The bidder must also comply with all federal requirements, including those related to disadvantaged business enterprises.
• The project requires the bidder to have experience in similar work and to provide a list of equipment and key personnel available for the project.
• The bidder must also provide a confidential statement or report of their financial resources and liabilities.
• The project includes a pre-bid meeting and site visit, and the bidder must submit questions and responses through the online bidding system.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
