Church Street Pedestrian Plaza

The City of Anderson is soliciting bids for the complete redesign and construction of a pedestrian plaza along one block of Church Street and Heritage Plaza. The scope includes demolition of existing brick crosswalks, curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt; installation of new concrete crosswalks, sidewalks, brick pavers, asphalt paving, concrete and granite curbs; storm‑drainage inlets and piping; electrical conduit, low‑voltage lighting, and tree grates.
