RFP 2026-08DPW Granite Stairs

The City of Holyoke is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an existing conditions assessment and develop plans for the preservation and repair of the existing granite stairs at Holyoke City Hall and stone pillars at Holyoke City Hall Annex. The selected consultant will be required to assess the existing conditions, provide bidding and permit support, and ensure that all work complies with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
