The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and personnel required to complete the survey and perform any authorized above‑ground repairs. The solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside RFQ with a firm‑price ceiling of $2,000 per line item (multiple line items listed).
