DNA and RNA Extraction

The opportunity involves custom DNA extraction from mouse whole blood (white cell pellets) and custom DNA and RNA extraction from mouse organs, including lung, spleen, heart, kidney, brain, and liver, with Agilent RNA QC. The goal is to avoid introducing differences in extraction chemistry, instrumentation, workflow, and QC thresholds that could distort methylation signatures, gene expression profiles, and sequencing quality. The key aspects of this job include: • Custom DNA extraction from mouse whole blood • Custom DNA and RNA extraction from mouse organs • Agilent RNA QC • Avoiding batch effects and ensuring scientific compatibility with previously generated datasets.
