This Quick Quote seeks a vendor to fully renovate the ALDOT Monument Sign located at 129 Grove Hill Ave, East Grove Hill, AL. The work includes complete surface preparation, repainting with agency‑approved exterior coating, fabrication and installation of three‑dimensional lettering and illuminated emblems on both sides of the double‑sided sign, and integration of internal LED lighting. All materials and fasteners must be compatible with the sign’s EIFS substrate, and the finished sign must meet ALDOT’s aesthetic and durability standards. A mandatory site visit is required for vendors to sign in and be eligible to submit a proposal. • Surface prep, primer, paint, and clear protective coat applied per ALDOT specifications. • Design, fabricate, and install 3‑D acrylic/metal lettering (“Alabama Department of Transportation…”) and custom illuminated emblems. • Provide LED illumination, wiring, and ensure compliance with applicable electrical and building codes. • All components must be weather‑ and UV‑resistant, EIFS‑compatible, and installed with concealed fasteners.
