The City of Doral is seeking a qualified printing company to produce and distribute its quarterly “Doral Life” newsletter. The contractor must handle full‑color design layout, printing of roughly 31‑35 k copies per issue, and complete mailing services to all city residences, plus delivery of 150 copies to the City Government Center. The contract is initially for three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and all work must be performed in Doral, FL.
• Design & layout services using city‑provided PDFs and graphics.
• Full‑color commercial printing of a 12‑page, 8.5″ × 11″ magazine on 100 lb satin paper.
• CASS‑certified mailing list management, presort, postage payment, and delivery to all city households.
• Delivery of 150 copies directly to the City Government Center after each mailing.
• Mandatory insurance, certifications, and compliance with “Cone of Silence” and E‑Verify requirements.
