Gas Masks and Accessories

The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking bids for the procurement of Avon or equivalent alternative gas masks, gas mask accessories, and training services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. The bidder must provide a completed price sheet and meet all mandatory requirements. The department reserves the right to reject any bid that does not conform to the requirements of the solicitation. • The bidder must be authorized to conduct business in the state of Florida and have the necessary experience and capability to provide the products and services described in the solicitation. • The bidder must submit a completed electronic copy of the original bid submittal and a signed pdf copy of the price sheet. • The bidder must provide unit pricing for Avon gas masks and accessories for the initial and renewal terms. • The bidder must use legible handwriting when completing the price sheet. • The department will verify all price sheet calculations for accuracy.
