Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss, Texas is seeking parties to provide leased printer supply/services. The requirement includes 36 new multifunctional devices with color printing, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enabled, and standard finishing capability. Each device will include a Full-Service Maintenance Agreement for service and supplies. The contractor must provide non-personal services to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, testing, and supervision. The contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
• The contractor must provide a capabilities statement of no more than 10 pages in length.
• The contractor must provide a statement including current small/large business status and company profile.
• The contractor must provide information on their ability to meet the requirements in the Facility and Safeguarding requirements.
• The contractor must provide a mobilization timeline.
• The contractor must provide information on their ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in the PBSOW for the base period as well as the option periods.
