Carver County, Minnesota is seeking qualified construction‑management‑at‑risk (CM@R) firms to provide comprehensive pre‑construction and construction‑management services for the redevelopment of its Government Center campus in Chaska. The scope includes demolition of two existing buildings, construction of approximately 100,000 sf of new facilities, and renovation of about 30,000 sf of existing space. The CM@R will be responsible for value‑engineering, constructability reviews, bid package development, subcontractor pre‑qualification, contract administration, cost reporting, schedule management, and close‑out services through warranty periods. The County expects a maximum overall project budget of $82 million, with construction costs around $65 million, and will use an AIA‑based professional services agreement.
