The State of Michigan, through its Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), is establishing a statewide, pre‑qualified pool of vendors capable of delivering end‑to‑end audio‑visual (AV) web‑conferencing solutions, room‑automation hardware, professional services, and ongoing maintenance/support. The solicitation seeks vendors that can consult, design, procure, install, integrate, program, commission, and sustain AV systems across diverse agency environments while meeting strict state standards for interoperability, cybersecurity, accessibility, and data security. Selected vendors will be added to a multi‑vendor roster to respond rapidly to Tier‑Two requests, providing standardized solutions for common room configurations, statewide technician coverage, and comprehensive training and documentation. The program emphasizes compliance with DTMB architectural and IT standards, robust governance, SLA‑driven performance, and transparent reporting.
• Create a multi‑vendor, pre‑qualified pool for AV hardware, software, installation, integration, and lifecycle services.
• Deliver full‑lifecycle AV solutions: consulting, design, procurement, installation, programming, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Ensure all equipment and services meet state‑defined interoperability, cybersecurity, ADA, and IT standards.
• Provide standardized, repeatable solutions for varied room types with rapid statewide deployment capability.
• Offer comprehensive training, documentation, and SLA‑based support (preventive maintenance, warranty, repairs).
• Supply machine‑readable reporting for SLA validation, inventory tracking, and performance scorecards.
