Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation for the provision of an (IHC) Staining System - MPLS. The contract will be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The system is proprietary, and only the original equipment manufacturer is authorized to install or service the equipment. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. The key aspects of the job include:
