The Department of the Air Force is issuing a sole source synopsis for the maintenance of B877 Johnson Controls EMCS at Travis AFB, CA. The maintenance is required to be done by Johnson Controls due to their proprietary systems and warranty. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
