The City of Salina is procuring a contractor to design and construct a new scale house facility with associated entrance improvements at its municipal solid‑waste landfill. The scope covers demolition of existing structures, extensive earthwork, drainage and utility installation, a diesel‑generator power system, HVAC, a fully‑electronic truck‑scale system, building construction (storm‑shelter rated), site pavement, security, fencing, and traffic‑control features.
