The State Highway Administration (SHA) seeks a qualified small‑business vendor to provide comprehensive commercial janitorial services for its Dayton and Jessup Maintenance Office Buildings for a 24‑month fixed‑price contract. Services include daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, corridors, windows, and common areas on a set schedule (three days/week at Dayton, two days/week at Jessup), plus annual deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, floor stripping/waxing, and exterior window cleaning. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and consumables not provided by SHA, maintain a roster of personnel, adhere to safety and security protocols, and submit monthly invoices.
