Cleaning Service for City Events

The City of Long Beach is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified organizations to provide comprehensive cleaning services for City-produced events. The selected contractor will be expected to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality cleaning services that ensure event sites are well-maintained, safe, and presentable for the community. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The City may award to one or more firms. • The contractor will provide pre-event, during-event, and post-event cleaning services. • The contractor will ensure that all event venues and surrounding areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition for attendees, participants, and the community. • The contractor will establish reliable staffing, equipment, and logistics to meet the unique requirements of each event, regardless of size or location. • The contractor will deliver responsive and flexible services to accommodate last-minute changes, extended event hours, or unanticipated cleaning needs. • The contractor will support the City’s commitment to sustainability by incorporating waste reduction, recycling, and environmentally responsible cleaning practices whenever possible.
