P-26-005 St Johns River Ferry (SJRF) New Vessel - Design Services

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is seeking proposals from qualified engineering design firms to provide professional design services for the St. Johns River Ferry new vessel project. The scope of work includes designing a new vessel for the St. Johns River Ferry waterborne transportation service. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary plans, specifications, and bid documents. The project is expected to commence upon the Authority's issuance of a Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Substantial Completion within 365 days. • The project is federally funded and requires compliance with applicable federal regulations. • The selected firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active status. • The firm must demonstrate compliance with all minimum requirements, including being in good standing and authorized to transact business in the State of Florida. • The firm must provide a copy of its State of Florida Certificate of Status or Good Standing and all necessary licenses, registrations, or certifications. • The project requires a Performance Bond and/or a Payment Bond, and the selected firm must provide insurance that meets the Authority's requirements.
