Insurance Broker of Record

The Los Angeles County Office of Education is seeking an Insurance Broker of Record to represent and manage its insurance policy. The selected broker will review and coordinate all communications and quotes, policies and notices on behalf of LACOE. The services include obtaining and evaluating insurance quotes and policies, assisting with LACOE's policy language, claims, safety and loss prevention, recommending changes to existing policies, and providing other related broker services as requested. Proposers are advised to refer to Exhibit A – Scope of Work and Section 3 – Proposal Format and Responses to ensure a comprehensive and complete submission. Key responsibilities include: • Obtaining and evaluating insurance quotes and policies • Assisting with LACOE's policy language, claims, safety and loss prevention • Recommending changes to existing policies • Providing other related broker services as requested The proposal should thoroughly address all requirements and provide detailed information as outlined in the RFP.
