Low Titer Whole Blood

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking sources to provide Low Titer O Whole Blood in support of patients at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), NC. The required products must meet certain requirements, including compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The selected source must be able to provide a minimum of 120 units per year and deliver the products within 3.5 hours upon receipt of request in certain instances. • Must provide a minimum of 120 units per year that have been constituted and validated for use in the NMCCL refrigerators. • All blood products must comply with all pertinent local, state, and federal laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines. • Can provide the required blood products 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to include all Federal Holidays. • Can deliver the Low Titer O Whole Blood within 3.5 hours upon receipt of request in certain instances.
