Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Food Service Equipment / Wright Patterson AFB

The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base requires a non-personal services contract to provide preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for commercial kitchen equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform these services. Key requirements include technician certifications, experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair, and adherence to sustainability standards. • The contract will consist of a 12-month Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods. • The contractor must provide a 4-hour on-site response time for emergencies. • Replacement parts must be ENERGY STAR or FEMP-designated to the maximum extent practicable. • The contractor must utilize EPA Safer Choice/USDA Biobased chemicals as required by the PWS.
