155mm Video Bore Inspection System (VBIS) scanner and 155mm LBIS, LVDT, VBIS Delivery Unit

The Army is seeking a 155mm Video Bore Inspection System (VBIS) scanner and a 155mm LBIS, LVDT, VBIS Delivery Unit. The system should include a high-resolution side-facing camera with a resolution of 12MPixels or better, and a down-bore camera with a resolution of 5MPixels or better. The scanner body should have a 360° rotating module that contains both cameras, and should include LED lighting and user-controlled lighting control. The system should also include a custom cable that connects to the self-propelled sensor delivery unit and a 48V PoE power supply. The delivery unit should be the same as the current owned specification of 155mm LBIS, LVDT, and VBIS. • The system should have a surface field of view of approximately 30 degrees for the side-facing camera. • The down-bore camera should have a fixed focus and field of view of at least 120 degrees. • The scanner body should have centering feet for a 155mm bore. • The system should operate in a temperature range of 0 to 50°C. • The system should include a cable that connects to the existing government-owned LP-6000 data acquisition instrument.
