S215--Spacesaver and VIDIR Bed Lift Preventative Maintenance Services - SAVAHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide preventive‑maintenance services for Spacesaver patient‑lifting systems and VIDIR bed‑lift equipment used throughout the South Arizona VA Health Care System. The contractor must perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, safety‑feature verification, and corrective‑maintenance reporting, using factory‑trained, manufacturer‑certified technicians and an OSHA‑10‑certified on‑site supervisor. The effort spans a base year with up to four one‑year extensions, for a total possible performance period of five years. • Perform two preventive‑maintenance visits per year for each piece of equipment (Spacesaver and VIDIR). • Provide all labor, tools, transportation, and documentation required to keep equipment under warranty and fully operational. • Must hold valid Spacesaver and VIDIR installer certifications and an OSHA 10 certification for supervisory staff.
