SOURCES SOUGHT for Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste Assessment Services (HTRW) Regional IDIQ

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, is seeking sources for Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) assessment services and general environmental consulting services. The services include conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos investigations, lead-based paint investigations, and other environmental services. The contract may be up to $3 million, with task orders generally between $5,000 and $100,000. The geographical boundaries of the Division include several states, and the contractor must be able to meet security clearance requirements. * The contract will require specialized experience and technical competence in environmental projects, site assessments, and remedial actions * The contractor must have professional qualifications, including education, training, and experience in areas such as project management, engineering, and environmental science * The contractor must demonstrate past performance, including cost control, quality of work, and ability to work independently * The contractor must have the capacity to perform approximately $500,000 through multiple task orders in a one-year period
