Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a firm to provide production services for the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta, including audio, LED screens, and lighting services. The festival will be held at Centennial Olympic Park, and the chosen firm will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and labor for the event. The scope of work includes providing a main stage viewing area with a PA system, LED screens, and lighting, as well as secondary viewing areas and pitch areas with similar equipment. The firm will also be responsible for providing all necessary power distribution and labor for the installation and removal of the equipment.
• The festival will feature live music, panel sessions, and other exhibitions, with an approximate audience size of 15,000 across multiple zones.
• The chosen firm will be required to provide all necessary equipment and labor for the event, including audio, LED screens, and lighting.
• The firm will be responsible for providing power distribution and labor for the installation and removal of the equipment.
• The contract will be for a period of 120 days after the proposal deadline, and the firm will be required to provide all necessary services and equipment for the duration of the contract.
