Description
The Union County, North Carolina, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide Architectural Services for various capital improvement projects on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will provide work on an as-needed basis, upon assignment, by way of a written task order from Union County. The services will include traditional Architectural Services, general design services, engineering services, design review and consultation, and construction administration services.
• The SOQ should include a cover letter, experience, project team, project management and quality control, project approach and methodology, history of similar projects, and reputation of firm.
• The evaluation criteria will include project team, project experience, project management and quality control, and project approach and methodology.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to make such selection deemed in its best interest.
• The County encourages good faith effort outreach to Minority Businesses (HUB Certified) and Small Businesses.
