Description
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive laboratory equipment services across multiple CARB laboratory sites. The work includes preventive maintenance, annual and quarterly calibrations, weight‑accuracy certification, and unscheduled repairs for a variety of lab instruments such as pipettes, gravimetric ovens, environmental chambers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and specialized canister cleaners. The contractor must adhere to strict standards (ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for pipettes, ASTM Class 1/S for weights, NIST traceability) and provide detailed documentation, inspection stickers, and certification reports for each service performed. The three‑year contract is capped at $50,000, with separate caps for travel ($5,000) and parts replacement ($5,000).
