Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitively sealed bids from qualified contractors for Traffic Signal and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Demand Services on an Annual Contract with Four (4) Renewal Options for the Department of Transportation. The contract includes the installation and maintenance of traffic signal and ITS infrastructure, and the contractor will be required to perform various tasks such as pole installation, foundation work, and material supply. The contractor must have a minimum of two derrick/digger trucks and two qualified operators, and must be able to respond to emergency situations within a two-hour time frame.
