Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure ESPY LLC products, specifically the teamSENTINELnano(r) Gen3 portable server module, a portable hard case and kit, a teamSENTINEL(r) Planar log periodic tooth antenna, and a teamSENTINEL(r) Dual-Channel V/UHF RF Conditioner Module. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, with a delivery period of 180 calendar days. The offeror must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contract requires compatibility with existing software and hardware, with no significant redesign or repeated testing and evaluation allowed.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their standard commercial warranty, which will cover a period of time to be determined.
• The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.
• All costs associated with this requirement must be included in the quoted price, including shipping, freight, and any applicable tariffs or duties.
