Job No. 26-04, SCADA System Maintenance and Professional Consultation Services

The Department of Water, County of Kauaʻi is seeking proposals for SCADA system maintenance and professional consultation services. The selected contractor will provide maintenance services for the Pua Loke Baseyard SCADA System Central Computer Stations and Network Equipment, remote SCADA sites, and system technical support. The contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to 24 months. The scope of work includes inspecting and maintaining network equipment, providing software updates, and performing administrative tasks. • The contractor will conduct on-site scope of work by one Network Engineer twice a year for ten working days each trip. • The contractor will conduct remote site scope of work by two Field Service Engineers twice a year for ten working days each trip. • The contractor will provide system technical support as needed. • The contractor will provide a technical report of work completed.
