RFP #26-25, Ice Machine Repair and Maintenance - Annual Contract

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, preventative maintenance, cleaning, service, and replacement program for ice machines. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension or renewal. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventative maintenance, cleaning, service, and replacement of ice machines. • The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP. • The contractor must comply with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances. • The contractor must provide a statement of warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship.
